Molly was raised and born in Pennsylvania. Her first professional life at the age of 13, at the Philadelphia's Prince Music Theater. She portrayed Little Red Ridinghood shortly after performing in Arden Theater s Into the Woods production in which she was awarded a Barrymore Award nomination. Molly was able to reprise her role as Little Red Ridinghood when she made her Broadway debut at age 15 with Into the Woods on Broadway in 2002. In the same year, she was nominated for a Drama League Award. Molly also appeared on Broadway to perform in the revival in Fiddler on the Roof. She was a student at Princeton University as a Triangle Club Membership and earned an B.A. She then attended Princeton University, where she was a member of the Triangle Club and earned a Bachelor's degree in the year 2008. In that time, she made her debut as Wendy Greenhut in Disney's College Road Trip. Molly started her acting career following graduating with Off-Broadway performances, such as End Days and The Wonderful Maladys at HBO Pilot. Molly is a part of several regional shows, such as The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and the Barrington Stage Company, North Shore Music Theatre as well as Westport Country Players' show The Diary of Anne Frank. She played Anne. Molly's best-known performance is on the set of Paranormal Activity 2 (2010), in which she portrays Ali the teenage daughter. She also starred in Last Man Standing (an ABC comedy written and directed by Tim Allen) and Jack Burditt's 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in 2008.
